William is a real estate specialist whose distinguished military background and experience in
government contracting has instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, commitment and
attention to detail that he applies in real estate acquisition and investing. He has over 20 years
in the industry which includes single family and multifamily ownership and investments in
South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Oklahoma. One of his recent acquisitions was partnering in
the purchase of a 277 Unit Multi-Family property. William is retired from the US Army after
serving for over 20 years. He has a BA from Limestone University, an MBA from Webster
University.
Dr. Muriel Wallace, an astute real estate investor, brings a unique perspective to the real estate
industry. Because of her extensive background in education, holding a PhD degree in
Curriculum & Instruction and Masters in Leadership, Muriel combines her passion for teaching
and learning with her real estate experience. This unique blend allows her to provide
exceptional service and guidance. She believes in continuous learning and staying abreast of the
latest market trends and strategies, so that clients benefit from the most current and informed
information. Her commitment to education extends to her clients as well; she takes pride in
educating them on ways to use real estate to plan financial independence for their future and

Krystal Jones is a seasoned individual with a unique blend of military discipline, real estate
expertise, and a passion for multifamily investments. Having served in the Navy, Krystal brings a
wealth of experience and dedication to her new mission in the world of real estate. The values
instilled during military service—discipline, attention to detail, and adaptability—have become
the guiding principles for Krystal’s approach to real estate investing. The ability to navigate
challenges with resilience and strategic thinking sets the foundation for Krystal’s success in the multifamily investment arena. Recognizing the potential for wealth creation and financial
stability, Krystal has set her sights on multifamily investments and transforming dreams into
reality. Leveraging her military precision, Krystal delves into the intricacies of multifamily deals,
analyzing market trends, conducting due diligence, and assessing risk factors. The multifamily
sector offers Krystal the opportunity to apply leadership skills to manage larger-scale

Tyler has been investing in real estate for over 14 years. Today, Tyler controls over 2,500 apartment units throughout five states, nearing $300MM. He sponsors and is a managing operator in new opportunities brought to market.
Ryan has successfully expanded his multifamily portfolio by over $200MM. With 20 years of experience as an underwriter, he has become skilled at minimizing risks, recognizing potential, devising effective operational strategies, and maximizing returns for investors.
With 15 years of Real Estate experience, Todd is a Co-Founder and COO of Multifamily Mindset. This company provides essential education and support for entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills to acquire their properties. Todd is a partner in over 2,000 apartment units with over $200 million in assets under management.
